Royal Caribbean International has enhanced its program for guests booked in suite category staterooms. The new program, to be implemented next month, will see suite guests treated to a myriad of special priviliges and upgraded amenities. The benefits will start on arrival at the pier, with passengers booked in the Presidential Family Suite, Royal Suite, Royal Family Suite, Owner’s Suite and Grand Suite having access to dedicated security and check-in lines. Additionally, guests in Royal Suites and Presidential Family Suites will be personally welcomed by a senior officer and escorted to their cabin. Guests booked in Grand Suites or higher category staterooms will enjoy a range of in-cabin benefits including free slippers and bath robes, Vitality bathroom amenities, Ghirardelli chocolates at bedtime, and a special menu to select their pillow of choice. They will also have access to other privileges like a free pre-dinner cheese presentation on the first formal night, a private cocktail reception, reserved VIP seating in the main theatre, priority booking for the hair salon and spa, and a complimentary valet baggage service at the conclusion of the cruise. A Gold SeaPass card will also be issued to these suite guests, which will allow ship crew to provide them with more personalised service during the cruise. Junior Suite passengers will also enjoy a range of in-cabin benefits, and Silver SeaPass cards will give them access to a dedicated suite attendant who will cater to any special requests. 'The new Suite Programme allows Royal Caribbean to provide our guests with a premium vacation that is personalised and seamless,' said Lisa Bauer, Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations, for Royal Caribbean International. Royal Caribbean International’s Rhapsody of the Seas is operating cruises from Australia until April 2009. |
